I joined CMS in 2016 after moving to Australia from the USA. In America I worked in a toddler classroom at a Montessori School in Tennessee while completing postgraduate studies. When I moved to Australia I knew that I wanted to continue working at a Montessori School and I loved CMS from the moment I saw the school grounds and the beautiful environment. I helped start the 1C classroom in 2016 and spent three years as the assistant in the Pelicans room before becoming the assistant in cycle 2B in 2019.
The things I love the most about Montessori education are the logical and intuitive materials and the intriguing dynamics found in a mixed-age environment.
Outside of school, I enjoy travelling, running, exploring the outdoors, and hanging out with my husband and our dog.
