I bring with me experience working as a Principal across Queensland in a range of educational contexts. These experiences have reinforced for me that no two school communities are the same, and that effective leadership is grounded in listening, trust, and a deep understanding of people and place. They have also shaped my belief that sustainable school improvement grows from strong relationships, shared purpose, and a calm, consistent culture.

I come to this role with curiosity and humility. I am excited to immerse myself in the life of the school, to listen carefully, to learn from you, and to work collaboratively to continue building a respectful, connected, and nurturing learning environment. I see myself as a lifelong learner and look forward to learning alongside you.

On a more personal note, I am a father of two, and family is central to everything I do. I enjoy sport and strongly value community connection and giving back, both of which have influenced my leadership approach and my belief in schools as important community hubs.
