Grandparents Rock!

Mark the date in your calendars! October 22nd is Caboolture Montessori School’s Grandparents Day.

This events celebrates the invaluable contribution of Grandparents to Caboolture Montessori School and the importance of a multigenerational community for students. We are reaching out to extended families, wherever they are to invite them, if at all possible, to come and experience a snippet of a student’s day. We understand that COVID-19 has had a huge impact on families who are separated, but we hope to see as many grandparents as possible to this event, which will have the local Kops in Kilts pipe band to celebrate!

Time Capsule Exhumation

The other exciting event of the day is that we are also exhuming a Time Capsule which was buried 10 years ago.  This capsule contains snippets of our previous students’  work and lives and will be very precious to experience for any alumni who attended in 2010-11.  Therefore, our Alumni Students are also very welcome to attend to spend the morning reminiscing about their time at Caboolture Montessori School and catching up with old friends and teachers.  And bring your grandparents along!
