After graduating from university in 2007, I worked in Early Childhood Education in a range of different schools. I then had a big break from teaching and spent seven years as the primary parent to my own three children, which is where I found my new love for Montessori education. Raising my own family led me read and learn more about this philosophy and I enjoyed taking my children to parent-toddler classes.

When it was time for me to return to teaching, my dream goal was to work in a Montessori school, and I started this journey with CMS in 2023. My favourite things about CMS are how calm and peaceful the environment is, how collaboratively the teachers work, and the way children are respected as beautiful, capable human beings! It is truly a dream job for me and I’m so grateful to work here.
