Working at Caboolture Montessori School has been a rewarding journey for me. Since starting in 2019, I’ve had the privilege of serving in various roles, from the PE teacher to working in Learning Enhancement, before becoming the class director for the Otters in 2021. What drew me to CMS, and what continues to inspire me, is the Montessori philosophy.

I believe the hands-on approach of Montessori education is a fantastic way for children to learn and grow. My own children are a testament to this; they all attended CMS, and my two oldest are now thriving in high school. The self-discipline and organisational skills they gained from their Montessori background have been invaluable in supporting their success in a more traditional academic environment. It’s a joy to be part of a community that fosters such a love for lifelong learning.
